Payments and Insurance
We accept cash, personal check, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due at time of treatment.
We submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Patients are responsible for co-payments and deductibles. We are participants in Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Our staff is very knowledgeable in submitting claims and will work to maximize your benefits.
We offer fair fees.
